Direct Pathway Initiative
In order for students from the Aringogwa Village to get to True Vine, they were having to walk along the designated dirt path, which made the journey around 3.5km (roughly 2 miles). To solve this problem, community members of Aringogwa and neighboring villages voluntarily came together to build a direct walking path for the children which reduced the walk to 1km (just over a half mile). This has allowed over 60 children easier access to nursery and primary education.
Female Empowerment Program
This project opportunity holds the potential to elevate the impact of True Vine Education Centre to unprecedented heights by extending its reach to a demographic that currently bears the most pronounced repercussions stemming from the lack of formal classroom-based education. With the provision of adequate support, True Vine will be empowered to discern the unmet needs of a broader array of individuals, thereby engendering positive outcomes that transcend age boundaries and encompass the entire populace residing within the Pader District.
